Service Advisor

Elizabethton CDJR is seeking a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service department in Elizabethton, TN. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $45,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year, paid weekly, and a supportive environment where your skills can grow.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relations: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their vehicle concerns, and build lasting relationships.
• Consultative Selling: Inspect vehicle history, advise customers on necessary maintenance, and explain the value of recommended repairs.
• Workflow Management: Act as the liaison between the customer and technicians, keeping repair orders accurate and updated.
• CSI Excellence: Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by ensuring clear communication and timely vehicle delivery.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior automotive service writing or dealership experience is highly preferred (CDJR experience is a major plus).
• Customer Service: Strong background in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing sales roles is required if you lack automotive experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
