Best-One Tire & Service in Elizabethtown, Kentucky is looking for a Service Advisor who is passionate about Creating Raving Fans by delivering exceptional customer service. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a retail tire or automotive service environment, enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, while assisting customers, we want to talk to you!

What You'll Do as Service Advisor:

· Answer phones and greet and assist customers in a respectful and timely manner.

· Answer customer questions about service outcomes and consult with technicians when necessary.

· Inform customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.

· Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out, updated, completed, and closed according to Best-One and customer standards.

What We're Looking For:

· Must have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing service environment.

· Must have proficiency with Windows-based computers with strong attention to detail.

· Must have reliable transportation and a commitment to good attendance.

· Must maintain a positive and friendly attitude while providing service beyond the expectations of our customers.
