What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional first impression

• Write repair orders clearly and accurately

• Communicate customer concerns to technicians and relay findings back to customers

• Provide estimates, explain recommended services, and obtain approvals

• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates

• Ensure a smooth flow between the service lane, shop, and customers

• Maintain accurate records and support warranty/recall documentation

• Deliver exceptional customer service every step of the way

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in automotive service writing preferred, but we will train the right person

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Comfort with computers and dealership management systems

• A positive attitude and team‑first mindset

• Valid driver’s license
