Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their service needs.

  • Provide accurate estimates for tire and mechanical services, ensuring transparent pricing.

  • Schedule appointments and effectively manage the service bays and road service trucks to optimize workflow.

  • Communicate with technicians to relay customer instructions and ensure timely service completion.

  • Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on service progress.

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and invoices.

  • Interpret digital vehicle inspections to document and present upselling opportunities. 

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or certification is a plus.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred. 

  • Knowledge of tire and mechanical services to accurately assess customer needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and technicians.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, service records, and customer inquiries.

  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and pricing estimates.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and maintaining customer records.
