You'll lead a team of technicians, own your numbers, and be the person customers count on when their equipment needs to get back to work. If you're organized, decisive, and energized by both people management and customer relationships, this role has a lot to offer.What you'll own:You'll start each day on the shop floor, checking in with your technicians, keeping jobs on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. From there, you'll manage the full service operation - opening and closing work orders, monitoring the schedule, filing warranty claims, balancing revenue against expenses, and identifying where action plans are needed to hit department goals. You'll also conduct regular one-on-ones with your techs, handle performance conversations, and develop the team over time. This is a role with real leadership responsibility, not just administrative support.What we're looking for:5-10 years of related experience; service writer/advisor background in any industry is a strong plusSolid leadership skills - you've managed or mentored people before and know how to keep a team engagedMechanical aptitude with the communication skills to bridge the gap between technicians and customersHighly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentHonest, direct, and comfortable having tough conversations when neededGeneral computer proficiency; ability to work across multiple systems simultaneouslyBusiness management degree or equivalent experience preferredWhat Rexco offers:3 weeks PTO to start - and at 2 years, you'll qualify for our Discretionary PTO plan, which functions similarly to unlimited PTOMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, HSA, FSA, and 401(k)100% Employee Owned (ESOP) - every full-time employee is an owner.
