Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the service center and understand their vehicle concerns.

Listen actively to customer needs and translate them into actionable repair orders for the technicians.

Clearly explain recommended services, repairs, and associated costs to customers.

Schedule service appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of technician time.

Maintain open communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.

Process service orders accurately and ensure timely billing and payment collection.

Build rapport and foster loyalty with customers through exceptional service experiences.

Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive setting.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes.

Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and standard office software.

A valid driver's license.
