What Youll Do
Customer Service Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and communicate recommended services clearly and professionally.
Repair Coordination Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate repair orders and timely service.
Upselling & Recommendations Advise customers on maintenance needs and additional services that support vehicle longevity.
Status Updates Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
Documentation Maintain accurate records, estimates, and service histories.
