Service Advisor

Location: Hiley Subaru
Position Type: Full-time
Potential Earnings: Up to $150K annually with performance-based incentives! 
Experience Level: Experience is a plus, but if you’re passionate and driven, we’ll train the right person!

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their vehicle needs and concerns
• Provide detailed estimates and explain the repair process in a friendly and clear manner
• Work closely with our technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service
• Keep customers updated and guide them through each step of the service process
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience that keeps them coming back

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and people skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with a knack for solving problems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping customers happy
• Previous experience in customer service or as a Service Advisor is a bonus
• Subaru knowledge is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
