We're looking for a SERVICE ADVISOR to join our team at FRIENDSHIP AUTOMOTIVE of FOREST CITY!

Our ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and enjoy working with people!

What You'll Do:

• Promptly greet customers to obtain contact and vehicle information
• Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns
• Determine and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs
• Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services
• Monitor the service process and update customers frequently
• Communicate completed services and charges to customers
• Verify invoices and repair orders
• Assist Service Manager as needed

• Compensation for this position is driven by incentives and commission, with training compensation based on experience.
