We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Service Advisor to join our team full-time in our repair department.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and communicate repair needs clearly and professionally.
Write and manage repair orders from start to finish.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
Schedule appointments, check in vehicles, and invoice completed work.
Order and organize parts for jobs
Support technicians and ensure smooth shop workflow.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and people skills.
Positive, upbeat attitude and team-player mindset.
Comfortable with computers (no deep technical knowledge required).
Previous experience in customer service or automotive setting is a plus.
Dependable, organized, and eager to learn.
Compensation & Benefits:
Full-time hourly pay (based on experience).
Future bonus program after training period.
Monday–Friday schedule (no late nights or weekends).
