As a Service Advisor, you're more than the connection between the customer and the shop—you're a trusted guide who helps customers understand their vehicle's needs while delivering an exceptional service experience. Our Service Advisors earn an average of $6,500 per month, with top performers earning even more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcome customers and guide them through the service process with clear, friendly communication

• Listen to customer concerns and recommend the appropriate services and repairs

• Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly

• Manage service appointments, follow-ups, and customer updates

• Build lasting relationships through trust, reliability, and exceptional service
