Position Summary:

Holz Chevrolet is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and accurately assess their service needs
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections
  • Build trust through exceptional customer service
  • Communicate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales-driven role required.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality with a polished, well-groomed appearance.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and influence others.
  • Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred; however, candidates with exceptional sales experience will be considered.
  • Experience with the Tekion DMS is preferred but not required.
