We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our dealership. Whether you already have automotive experience or you’re someone with a strong customer service or sales background who’s eager to learn, we’re willing to train the right person.

This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be the connection between our customers and our technicians. If you’re organized, enjoy talking with people, and like solving problems, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
  • Listen to customer concerns and explain repair recommendations in easy-to-understand language.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs.
  • Prepare repair orders and estimates.
  • Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
  • Build trust and create long-term customer relationships.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or sales experience is a plus.
  • Automotive experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
  • Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
  • Valid New York driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or ADP is a plus, but not required.
