Service Advisor – High Pay + Full Training | $80K–$100K OTE
Location: Kernersville, NC 27284
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:45 PM | No Weekends
Compensation: Guaranteed weekly salary + GP bonus | OTE $80K–$100K

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and serve as the main point of contact throughout their repair experience
- Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate recommended services
- Coordinate between technicians and customers to ensure smooth workflow and transparency
- Present estimates, explain repairs, and build trust with customers
- Manage vehicle status updates, timelines, and delivery expectations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from drop-off to pickup
Who We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in automotive service advising or customer-facing automotive roles preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Must pass background check and drug test; clean driving record required
