Additional Compensation: Monthly commissions calculated on service labor hours billed and parts gross margins sold.

Do you have a passion for motorcycles and enjoy helping people? Black Sheep Harley-Davidson is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service Department.

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional ownership experience while helping riders keep their Harley-Davidson motorcycles on the road.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome customers and understand their service needs
• Schedule service appointments and write repair orders
• Communicate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Recommend maintenance, parts, accessories, and performance upgrades
• Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in to pick-up

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Sales or service advisor experience is a plus
• Harley-Davidson or motorcycle knowledge preferred (but we're willing to train the right person)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
