Leo Martin Chevrolet is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our thriving service department. With a large, loyal customer base and a service drive full of daily appointments, you’ll step into a fast-paced, fully staffed environment where you can truly focus on delivering top-tier customer service—without the hassle of chasing work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, building trust from the first interaction

• Clearly communicate vehicle service needs based on technician recommendations and inspection reports

• Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance

• Manage repair orders from start to finish, keeping customers informed throughout the process

• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

• Upsell appropriate maintenance and service packages to enhance customer safety and satisfaction

• Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores and support a positive dealership reputation

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership preferred (Chevrolet/GM experience a plus)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
