Southwest Toyota is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. If you're great with people, organized under pressure, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to meet you. What You'll Do:
Greet customers and serve as their main point of contact in the service department
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Communicate clearly with technicians and keep customers updated on repair status
Prepare estimates, explain repairs, and close repair orders
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup
What We're Looking For:
Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred (but not required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Professional appearance and positive attitude
