- Greet customers and act as their main contact in the service department
- Listen to concerns, document vehicle issues accurately
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
- Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated on repairs
- Prepare estimates, explain repairs, and close repair orders
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in to pickup
Ideal candidates:- Experience in service advising or automotive preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
