We are seeking a full-time Service Advisor to enhance the automotive customer service experience.
Working alongside Customer Advocates, you will explain customer concerns, recommend repairs, process repair orders, and facilitate approvals and payments.
Responsibilities include identifying maintenance needs, estimating costs, scheduling appointments, maintaining organization, and ensuring safety and compliance.
Ideal candidates have a professional appearance, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and at least one year of service writing experience. Knowledge of CDK Drive is a plus.
