The Service Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.50.  The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit .

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current California Driver License/ID
• Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication with others
• Friendly, Energetic, Enthusiastic and Team Oriented
• Professional look and work ethics
• Previous Experience as a Dealership Service Advisor and or Independent franchise Service Advisor experience
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
