Service Advisor
The Service Advisor assists Honda Associates in scheduling automotive appointments, confirming completion of work, and reviewing repairs on motor vehicles.

Essential Job Functions:
• Schedule company and client owned vehicles for services and repairs
• Advise customers on cost for routine service items and repairs
• Open and close service repair orders
• Data entry for warranty claims to American Honda
• Maintain data in web-based systems for company vehicles
• Monitor, react and respond to Service Center customer needs
• Provide, foster and encourage daily teamwork and collaboration
• Ensure parts are ordered for needed repairs

Position Requirements:
• Basic automotive knowledge desired
• Must have good communication and customer service skills
• Computer experience (Microsoft Office)
• Must wear steel toed shoes

Lifting Requirements 5-40 lbs

Schedule:
• 8-hour day shift
• Monday to Friday
