Maysville Auto Repair is looking for a relationship-focused Service Advisor who enjoys meeting new people and building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns
• Build strong relationships with customers and create trust
• Explain vehicle needs and recommendations clearly and honestly
• Prepare accurate repair estimates
• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Help create a welcoming and positive customer experience
• Encourage long-term customer relationships and repeat visits
• Take photos and videos of customer vehicles and create content in the shop
• Help grow car count by providing excellent customer service and encouraging customers to return
• Strive to earn new customers and build long-term customer relationships
• Treat every customer like family
• Strive to maintain a 5-star customer experience and rating
• Listen to disgruntled customers, understand their concerns, and work to solve their problems
