- Pay: Estimated earning potential of $75,000–$100,000 per year
- Schedule: Full-time, including Saturdays (5-day workweek)
- Experience: Service advisor experience preferred
- Location: Milford, Connecticut
- Language: Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
Main Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage service appointments
- Explain service recommendations and specials
- Create and manage repair orders from opening to closing
- Keep customers updated on repair progress, costs, and completion times
- Answer questions about repairs, maintenance, warranties, and vehicle concerns
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction (CSI) scores
- Coordinate with technicians, management, and customers
- Handle warranty-related processes and documentation
- MUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- MUST HAVE STRONG SELLING SKILLS
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred (training available)
- GM dealership experience is a plus
