Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, assessing their service needs and providing expert advice.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments efficiently to optimize shop productivity.
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle repairs, recommendations, and cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate service records and paperwork in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with technicians to track service progress and ensure timely completion.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience and dealership revenue.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with service management software and basic computer skills.
• A genuine passion for customer service and automobiles.
