Seeking a Service Advisor to join a growing team, responsible for initiating repair requests, providing administrative support, and updating customers on work progress.
What You'll Do:
- Work directly with customers to identify product needs and services
- Suggest add-on sales to boost transactions
- Provide price estimates before scheduling
- Keep customers informed about work status
Requirements:
- At least one year of service experience preferred
- Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle
- Proficient with computers and internet searches
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to follow procedures and policies
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated annual pay $50,000-$75,000+ with uncapped commissions
