• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Closed Sundays

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department, helping customers maintain and repair their vehicles while creating an exceptional ownership experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and perform detailed vehicle walk-arounds using a tablet
• Review service history, recalls, campaigns, and previously declined recommendations
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Prepare repair orders and estimates
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Meet or exceed sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete

What We're Looking For

• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong sales and customer service abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
