Job Description

Our shop is growing, and we need the right person to grow with us. We seek a service writer with excellent customer service skills; automotive experience is a plus but optional. Several of the job responsibilities include but are not limited to :
  • Welcoming customers with a friendly attitude.
  • Writing up work orders detailing the customer's requests and concerns.
  • Create estimates and prioritize recommendations for the customers.
  • Order parts for the work being completed.
  • Educate customers on their vehicle needs and maintenance.
  • Work closely with the technicians to meet the customers’ needs and complete the authorized work.
  • Finalize and check out customers with world-class customer service!
