Duties/Responsibilities:
Greet customers and actively listen to their needs. Provide introductory information to customers.
Ensure consumers are satisfied with products or services by resolving complaints and inquiries effectively and efficiently
Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer customers' questions
Troubleshoot common issues with products or services
Work with a team of advisors and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems; escalate queries and concerns, when necessary
Create repair orders for each customer vehicle based on the customer complaint or repair requests. Thoroughly document repair orders in a clear, concise and consistent manner to ensure proper communication to the technicians.
Let customers know about additional products and upsell recommendations from technicians and have high percentage of successful upsells.
Provide thorough & positive customer service to ensure high quality experience to each customer
Maintain CSE score of 91% or higher
Keep customers updated as repairs are completed
Post-service, follow up with customers by phone or email to check that they're still satisfied with their services
Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Promptly answer phones and return calls for overflow voicemails
Be punctual, collaborative, and a positive team player
Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
1-2 years customer service work experience
Proven ability to provide a positive customer experience, including professional and positive communication mannerisms, thorough and accurate service advice, and follow-through with both the customer and organization
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing at a desk and working on a computer.
