We're looking for a
Service Advisor who can help drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support operations across multiple locations when needed.
This is more than a typical service writer position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow, lead, and eventually have the opportunity to run a store.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and build trust
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Perform vehicle walkarounds and review inspection results
- Build estimates and present recommendations
- Follow up on declined work and customer concerns
- Help drive sales and customer retention
- Support daily shop operations
- Assist multiple locations as business needs require
- Help ensure processes are followed and goals are achieved
What We're Looking For
- Automotive service writing experience preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Leadership mindset with a desire to grow
- Flexible and willing to support multiple locations
- Automotive knowledge and repair experience a plus
