If you're someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and feels comfortable in a fast-paced environment, this role may be a strong fit for you.As a Service Advisor, you'll greet customers, help identify their vehicle concerns, review recommended services, and prepare accurate repair orders. You'll also verify warranty and service contract coverage, coordinate with technicians, and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle.
