Service Advisor Support – Tamiami Ford (Naples, FL)

Full-Time | $20.00/hour | [Schedule, e.g., Mon–Fri with rotating Saturdays]

Tamiami Ford is a family-owned dealership that has served Naples since 1973. We're hiring a Service Advisor Support team member to keep our service drive running smoothly. You'll work alongside our advisors, technicians, and parts team. This is an entry point into a real career in the automotive business. What You'll Do

• Park customer vehicles and keep the service lot organized
• Pull vehicles up for customers at pickup and delivery
• Clean vehicles as needed before they're returned to customers
• Help service advisors get parts estimates from the Parts Department
• Get repair details and status updates from technicians and pass them to advisors
• Help keep the service drive moving during busy times so every customer is taken care of quickly

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Comfortable driving a wide range of vehicles, including trucks and vans
• Dependable, on time, and willing to jump in wherever the team needs help
• Good communication skills with customers and coworkers
• Able to work outdoors in Florida weather and stay on your feet for most of the shift
• No dealership experience needed. We'll train the right person.
