Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring that customer needs are met and that their vehicle issues are resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive services, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their service needs through active listening and professional communication.
- Advise customers on necessary services, maintenance schedules, and repair needs, providing clear explanations and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with service technicians to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues.
- Applies a cost-effective process when sourcing parts for repair through multiple part providers
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records and documentation.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle and any additional required services.
