Planet Honda is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Tilton, New Hampshire. This full-time role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest
Greet customers, assess service needs, and provide clear recommendations
Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently
Prepare accurate repair orders and service documentation
Track and follow up on service progress and customer concerns
Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
Identify and recommend additional service opportunities
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
