Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram in Tinley Park is looking for an experienced service advisor to join our busy service center!Bettenhausen is a family owned company that offers a great work atmosphere, career growth, and has partnered with Strayer University to provide a free college education - Let us help you achieve your goals!Job Responsibilities:Consult and interpret customer needs for the techniciansUtilize exemplary customer service and sales skills to drive salesServe as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair mattersUnderstand customers' problems and arrange for appropriate servicePrioritize required services, and offer optionsSet and manage the expectations of the service delivery for both the customers and techniciansContinuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion timesJob Requirements:3+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience strongly preferred.Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.Exemplary customer service skills and sales skills are a must.Able to work in a high volume environment and multi-task.Valid driver's license.Time management skills needed.Must be organized.Dealership Offers:Weekly pay + commissionHealth, dental, vision insuranceShort term disabilityLife insurance401(K)Employee Assistance ProgramCollege while you work?
