What You Will Do

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience from first contact through completion of service.
  • Listen to customer concerns, gather relevant information, and document service requests accurately.
  • Explain recommended services, timelines, and next steps in a clear and approachable manner.
  • Coordinate service appointments, follow-up communications, and status updates.
  • Work closely with service team members to ensure requests are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, and related paperwork with attention to detail.
  • Address questions and concerns promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Track service progress and proactively communicate updates to customers as needed.
  • Support a smooth workflow by balancing customer needs with operational priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold company standards for quality and service.
  • Successfully complete all required training and certifications for your position and remain knowledgeable of the latest manufacturer recommendations, service procedures, technical bulletins, and product updates.
