Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and serve as the primary contact for all service needs
- Communicate repair recommendations, maintenance schedules, and service options clearly
- Prepare accurate repair orders and maintain detailed customer records
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, efficient workflow
- Provide regular updates to customers throughout their service visit
- Facilitate warranty claims and ensure proper documentation
- Deliver a customer-first experience with professionalism and transparency
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership or service advisor experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone
- Ability to multitask in a busy service lane
- Solid understanding of vehicle repair terminology and service processes
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
