A bit about us:
Our client is a well-established, independent financial services and advisory firm headquartered in the Twin Cities, with a long history of serving successful individuals, families, business owners, and organizations. The firm brings together wealth management, financial planning, tax, accounting, and advisory expertise to provide clients with a coordinated, long-term approach to their financial lives.
Rather than operating as a transactional wealth management firm, the organization places a strong emphasis on ongoing relationships, proactive advice, and highly personalized service. Its advisors work collaboratively with clients and internal specialists to address investment management, retirement planning, tax strategy, estate planning, and other complex financial needs.
The firm has built its reputation around professionalism, personal relationships, and helping clients make informed decisions across every stage of their financial lives.
Why join us?
This is an opportunity for an experienced CFP® professional to take on a meaningful client-facing role within an established and collaborative wealth management organization.
As a Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to:
Own meaningful client relationships and serve as a trusted day-to-day advisor to a portfolio of clients.
Go beyond investment management by incorporating retirement, tax, estate, cash-flow, and broader financial planning into client conversations.
Work alongside experienced advisors and specialists, giving you access to a broader range of expertise when clients have complex needs.
Build long-term relationships rather than focusing solely on transactions or product sales.
Participate in client meetings and strategy development, with the opportunity to take ownership of the planning process.
Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and introduce clients to additional resources within the organization.
Join a culture that emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, professionalism, and doing what is right for the client.
Enjoy a hybrid work model along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
This is particularly attractive for someone who enjoys the relationship side of wealth management and wants to combine technical financial planning expertise with meaningful client interaction.
