Pay Range

Depending on job performance, the Service Advisor compensation ranges from $37,500.00 to $150,000 +.

Responsibilities and Duties

Greet our customers with a smile as they arrive Complete all service documents Represent and sell recommended maintenance and repair work Follow-up with each customer on declined work Effectively manage activity in the service lane Maintain ongoing conversations with extended warranty providers

Pay Defined: The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.97, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Qualifications and Skills

Dealership service writing experience is a huge plus!! Professional appearance Strong communication skills Able to sell/recommend service Valid California drivers license with a clean driving record Must be reliable and punctual Pass a drug test Pass a criminal background screening
