As a Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in guiding customers through their service experience from start to finish. You'll serve as the trusted link between customers and our technicians, helping guests understand their vehicle needs while delivering an experience that feels supportive, informed, and efficient.
Pay Range
Depending on job performance, the Service Advisor compensation ranges from $38,500.00 to $160,000 +.

Pay Defined: The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
