Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival, understand their vehicle's needs, and create accurate service orders.
• Effectively communicate vehicle issues, recommended services, and associated costs to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Build trust and rapport with customers by providing honest assessments and recommendations.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the flow of vehicles through the service department.
• Coordinate with automotive technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality repair work.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized service desk area.

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Writer is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and vehicle statuses simultaneously.
• Familiarity with automotive shop management software.
• A genuine passion for customer service and building lasting relationships.
