Waldinger has an opportunity for a qualified Client Experience Service Analyst in our Des Moines Office.

Job Summary:
Responsible for executing administrative and operational tasks to enhance efficiency, quality, and service performance, aiming to exceed our clients expectations through data-driven decisions. Demonstrates client service, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to analyze data for effective collaboration with other members of the service team.

Responsibilities:
• Work Order Management: Reviews and updates work orders according to client requirements in order to eliminate discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing. Establishes a clear understanding of client expectations for work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Branch Coordination: Builds and maintains positive relationships with local branches to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication to execute client specifications.
• Contract Compliance: Understands and locates contract specifications to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, even with limited contract knowledge.
• Proposals & Quotes: Processes quotes following the Account Manager’s review, with focus on accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
• Billing Review: Supports the review of work order billings for clients per the client billing requirements
