Service and Production Associate

What we need:

We are looking for a skilled, hard-working individual to perform standard warehouse duties and production of cleaning solutions, along with operations support with our route and install team. This individual will need to have comfortability with heavy lifting, a drive to succeed, and work in a team environment that is committed to providing strong customer service.

Whats in it for you:

• Annual pay range of $55,000-$65,000 annually with hourly pay plus overtime, and on call rotation every 6-8 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and maintain adequate inventory of cleaning solutions, including mixing and blending chemicals in order to create finished cleaning products.
• Keep the production area, warehouse and shop clean, safe and organized.
• Learn to install machines in the field and support those branch needs when necessary.
• Assist with rebuilding, cleaning and preparing dish machines and other equipment when necessary.
• Help load and prepare route vehicles.
• Fill in on routes when team members are out due to vacations, illness or other absences.
• Assist the route team with customer service calls and equipment issues.

Requirements:

• Able to work independently.
• Drivers license for at least 3 years.
• Able to lift 70lbs.
• Experience with hand tools/light plumbing experience preferred.
