Service and Sales Representative

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service and Sales Technician - Route Driver for our Baltimore, MD location. For over 80 years, we’ve built our reputation on reliable service and quality products. We’re looking for people ready to work independently, use their hands, and build lasting customer relationships.

• $70,000 - $78,000 annual earning potential (base pay + commission + overtime).
• Monday–Friday schedule (7:30am-4:30pm) with overtime and on-call opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving a company van to customer locations in the Brooklyn, Queens area.
• Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Restocking solutions, collecting payments and suggesting additional products when appropriate.
• Participating in an on-call rotation.

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude – comfort with tools and basic repairs.
• Customer service & sales mindset – ability to build relationships and recommend additional products.
• Valid driver’s license for at least three years.
• Ability to complete a background check, MVR, and drug screen.
