What youll get to do:
- Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
- Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
- Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross-selling products.
- Provide on-call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers every 6-7 weeks.
Requirements:
- Have a valid drivers license for at least 3 years.
- Have a mechanical inclination.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 70lbs.
