As the first point of contact for many of our service customers, you'll play a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience. You'll answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and help keep our service department running efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming service calls professionally and courteously.
- Schedule service appointments while maximizing shop capacity.
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers.
- Respond promptly to online service requests, text messages, and emails.
- Coordinate with service advisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contact customers regarding declined services, maintenance reminders, and overdue maintenance.
- Assist with manufacturer service campaigns and recall outreach.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM and scheduling software.
- Help achieve department appointment, show rate, and customer satisfaction goals.
What We're Looking For
