Service Appointment Coordinator

Casey Auto Group is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator for our Business Development Center!

In this vital role, you will be the voice of our service departments—handling high-volume inbound and outbound service calls, assisting with scheduling service appointments, and helping us hit our daily appointment goals.

Compensation & Availability

• Pay: $16.00 per hour plus commissions
• Schedule Requirements: Must be available to work shifts Monday through Saturday between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Core Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills are required. We look for results-driven individuals who are motivated by clear benchmarks. Your primary focus is to turn conversations into booked service appointments while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; OR 1 to 3 months of related customer service/call center experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Telephone Skills: Ability to master phone training techniques, demonstrating exceptional phrasing, tone, and smooth communication.
• Communication: Strong ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence, and effectively present information to customers and team members.
• Professionalism: Strict adherence to company guidelines regarding integrity, customer honesty, and professional language. Consistency with punctuality and attendance is required.
