JOB DESCRIPTION – SERVICE ASSISTANT (BUSSER)

Rate: $7.00 plus tips


It is the job of the La Senorita service assistant to make the guest's surroundings as pleasant as possible while they are at the La Senorita and to expedite service to our guests.

These responsibilities include:

• Clear Empty Tables
• Stock Service Areas
• Sweep and Mop Dining Room Floors
• Assist Servers
• Empty Trash Receptacles
• Maintain Restrooms
• Stock Chips and Salsa
• Assist as Needed to Keep Service Prompt
• Extra Cleaning and Sidework
• Perform any other Duties as Assigned by Manager

Job Specifications:
Position requires ability to learn La Senorita’s standard dining room procedures, organization, ability to work with others, ability to work quickly and carefully and in a Guest Obsessed manner towards guests. Must use care and coordination when walking on wet floors. Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time. Must be at least 14 years old.  No prior experience is necessary.
