KEY OUTCOMES:
• Greet and check in service customers and conduct vehicle walk - around • Scans VIN with iPad and checks current mileage • Open repair order and review appointment lines with customer • Review and update customer information with customer • Identify the condition of the vehicle, take photos of the vehicle with the iPad and notate damages on the Digital Walk A round S heet. • Run parts to the Service T echnician s as needed • Shuttle service customers back home or to work location and pick-up and drive them back to the service facility when vehicle is done • Also p rovides coverage when the existing shuttle driver is unavailable • Secure vehicles and ensure all doors and windows are locked • Shuttle vehicles pending pre-delivery inspection between service and sales lots
