Our client, Autonomous Vehicle Technology Company, is seeking a Service Associate to join their team. As a Service Associate, you will be part of the Mission Readiness / Base Operations organization supporting Fleet Operations and Alpha Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a get-it-done attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $25/hour

 

What’s the Job?

  • Support daily fleet operations by ensuring vehicles, equipment, and workspaces are clean, organized, and mission-ready
  • Perform routine vehicle fueling and assist with logistical movement and storage of vehicles and equipment
  • Execute mission preparation procedures, including software launches, configuration checks, and data capture
  • Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness and regulatory requirements
  • Support spare parts inventory organization and transportation; assist technicians with hands-on tasks as needed

 

What’s Needed?

  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience in operations, logistics, or hands-on support roles
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screen
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, kneeling, walking) during shifts
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and deliver in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work well in a team environment
