• Pay: $16.90 - $21.00 hourly
• Schedule: 5-day work week with Sunday and 1 rotating weekday off
• Department Hours: Monday-Friday: 7am-6pm, Saturday: 8am-5pm and Sunday: Closed

What You'll Do

• Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Contact customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales and service opportunities.
• Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM for ongoing communication.
• Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
• Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when needed.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of prior customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software and CRM systems.
• Reliable attendance, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California pay range for this position is $16.90-$21.00 hourly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
